Volsec Security has the capacity and ability to carry out security projects of any nature. Volsec currently employs over 1 000 manned and armed security guards and provides services in all the 10 provinces of Zimbabwe with a diverse clientele ranging from Embassies, Banks, Airlines, Mines, Retail, Residential areas, Homes and Hospitals.

Our policy in guards’ recruitment makes us have competent guards providing you with the best security. All guards deployed to your station will have the following basic requirements:

• Education – Ordinary Level Certificate, Fluency in English, Good Communication Skills.
• Experience in working in a project of any scope.
• Gender balance – we train and deploy both male and female guards.
• Our guards are regularly checked by the supervisors 3 times during a 12 hour shift. These checks and incidents are documented in the Occurrence Book located at the site. This information is then transferred by the supervisors into the file of client at VOLSEC.
